Due to the nature of the products sold on RNDPlace, we enact a strict no refund policy. Once an account, product, service, or currency is delivered, the sale is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.
- A refund may be requested BEFORE the account, product, service, or currency is delivered. Once delivery has occurred, a refund is no possible.
- There is no obligation for RNDPlace.com to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer's remorse sets in.
- Should an order fail our fraud screening, the payment is promptly voided or refunded. If a customer is not able to be verified within 48 hours of purchase, the payment will be automatically returned.
- We are not responsible for your actions after purchasing the product. The use of third-party software, fraudulent activities, as a result of which you receive a ban, lock or other type of restriction, is not a reason for a refund.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the service: in some cases the process speed is slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend to submit a ticket.
- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not accepted.
